Navigating Grief & Loss Course

Registration Closed Until Next Course Date!

No one makes it through life without experiencing loss and grief.

As soon as you are born, you are already dying.

Yet, how we choose to live and embrace life and loss is closely related to our familial, societal, and cultural understanding of loss and death.

How we conceptualize and process grief matters.

We live in a culture that avoids talking about death and processing grief.

Instead we are taught to numb, avoid, run, self-loathe, or hide in resentment instead of taking the deep dive into our grief and processing the pain.

It’s time to change that.

This course will help you no matter where you are in your journey with grief and loss.

Pre-sale discount price is $150 USD until last day in November (11:59 PM PST) then the normal price is $200

This Course Is For You If…

  • You’re ready to process your grief and learn how to love yourself in the process.

  • You’re open to building community, sharing, and learning from a group.

  • You’re sick of feeling the same way from the ending of a relationship, marriage, friendship, or losing a loved one to death and want to change your relationship with death and loss.

  • You have the courage to take on a new outlook on death and discuss why our mortality is so crucial to our ability to feel so deeply when we are alive.

  • You are ready to let go of the concept that the universe always has a plan and embrace the idea that sometimes bad things happen and we can’t find an explanation for everything. Yet, we can choose how we embrace loss and accept both voluntary and involuntary deaths throughout our lifetime and teach our children the same.

What’s Included?

  • 2 x 2 hour long live Zoom group sessions. (These will be recorded and emailed later if you can’t make the live sessions).

  • 30 minute open-table question and answer sessions at the end of both Zoom conference calls. Attendance is optional for these, however you are highly encouraged to stay on the calls and ask questions.

  • Small break-out groups during Zoom sessions to build community and work through questions and prompts in intimate focused groups.

  • Lifetime access to all materials and Zoom recordings.
